AKHLaw provides legal services to fellow attorneys on a contract basis and to employers in all areas of employment law.

I am available to employers of all sizes for consultation and representation in legal matters.  I have represented employers in front of the EEOC/OHRC, OESC, OSHA, arbitration panels, and all levels of the court system.    My representation has ranged from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, and I provide representation in existing disputes, for consultation on handling problem employee issues, and for in-house training and seminars.

I provide contract-based assistance to fellow attorneys on either a per-piece basis (briefs) or on a per-case basis.  My background as a federal law clerk and more than a decade of practice in front of federal and state trial and appellate courts provide an experienced litigation base and powerful persuasive writing skills.  I have assisted in a wide variety of cases, including employment (management only) cases, business litigation, contractual disputes, construction cases, and bankruptcy issues.
